Research
The university’s primary interdisciplinary area of research is currently focused on addressing the role of art in today’s change processes. These change processes occur in connection with aspects of health, private life, or public professional life.
The largest portion of the university’s research occurs within the departments themselves, following the objective of positioning this research in specific areas.
The departments therefore work on different focus areas, whereas the university management establishes comprehensive framework conditions for stimulating the growth of a strong research community. At the same time, there is a keen interest in promoting interdisciplinary research as well as spurring innovation that goes beyond the individual departments.
